Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, email us at our contact address with your order reference number as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests are accepted before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or incorrect details, in which case you will be informed promptly.

As all orders are Cash on Delivery, no advance payment is taken, so no refund is required for cancellations made before dispatch.
