Return Eligibility
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags intact.
Certain items, such as innerwear and customised products, may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at our contact address with your order reference number and the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and share the next steps for returning the item.
Refund Timelines
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
As orders are placed via Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to availability.
